Welcome to Aurora Medical Billing, LLC's (AMB) website, which is owned and operated by AMB (throughout these Terms of Use "AMB" refers collectively to AMB and or AMB and its subsidiaries, affiliates and related companies) (the "Site"). AMB maintains the Site as a service to its visitors, subject to the following terms and conditions concerning the use of the Site ("Terms of Use"). When you use the Site, you accept the Terms of Use; if you do not agree to the Terms of Use you may not use the Site. AMB reserves the right to modify content on the Site and these Terms of Use periodically without prior notice.

Indemnity

Applicable Laws
All matters relating to your access to and use of the Site shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Texas. Each of the parties irrevocably submits to the jurisdiction of the state or federal courts of Montgomery County, Texas over any suit, action, or proceeding arising out of this Agreement.
The parties agree to negotiate in good faith in an effort to resolve any dispute related to this Agreement that may arise between the parties. If the dispute cannot be resolved by negotiation, the dispute will be submitted to mediation. The parties to the dispute will choose a mutually acceptable mediator and will share the cost of mediation equally.
If there is a determination that any provisions of the Terms of Use is invalid or unenforceable, that determination will not affect the rest of the Terms of Use and the Terms of Use shall be deemed amended to the minimum extent necessary to make them valid and enforceable.
