Aurora Medical Billing, LLC, (AMB) certifies that we will never sell, rent, or lease your personal information (name, address, email, etc.) to any other third party.
In order for AMB users to use our products and services, they must provide all information (name, email address, etc.) requested if a registration on this Site is applicable or to obtain further information from AMB through our Contact Us page. This information is necessary to keep track of individual accounts and to contact the user when needed.
If applicable, financial information collected, such as credit card numbers and expiration date, is used only to charge the customer for the product or service that they are purchasing. It will never be given, sold, shared or exchanged with any third party (other than the credit card authorization center for the express purpose of completing the transaction at hand). Credit card numbers are purged from the system within 24 hours, they are not permitted in the card processors data base.
Personal information, such as name and email, are used primarily to recognize individual accounts. Occasionally AMB will use individually identifiable information, like email addresses, in order to contact the user for technical support reasons or provide product or service update and account information.
AMB also provides various opt-in newsletters to its users. Users can subscribe or unsubscribe from these newsletters at their own will.

We have put security measures in place to protect the loss, misuse or alteration of all information under our control. All orders/payments are processed via a secure server (SSL) and credit card details will never be emailed.
